DEMECH Dust conditioner’s design is based on CEMA. Ash conditioners are used for unloading the material from silo to truck by spraying water on dust. Due to opposite direction rotation of paddles water get mixed in dust and suppress dust completely. Water is sprayed on dust with control feed rate, moisture fog is made with specially designed nozzle. Torque limiter can be provided upon the request of client.
