  • DEMECH valves have a “Perpendicular” sealing action that minimizes wear. Consequently they can handle abrasive products, high differential pressures and high temperature with an absolute minimum leakage. It is solution for rotary Air locks ,by design, have leakage .When handling abrasive products, the air leakage increases rapidly due to the wiping, sweeping or scraping action that occurs during operation.

  • Flap valves can be used in single unit as single flapper valve with two units mounted one over the other.

  • Single Double Flap valve are also available to increase the throughput most commonly used in cement industries for Cooler Dust Valve System

  • Drive : Pneumatic Operated or Electrically Motor operated Linear Actuator
