DEMECH brand high Alumina ceramic is a product from high purity, fine grain aluminum oxide (Al2O3). Sintered dense Aluminium possesses a high consistency, hardness , temperature & Corrosion resistance. It is harder than all other except diamond.
These are used to withstand heavy erosion and corrosion in power plants and pneumatic handling systems. The necessary forming of shape is done in its green phase. The products are then sintered in a kiln at extremely high temperature. The resulting alumina ceramic products are dense, durable and wear resistant; outlasting other Wear Rresistant Products. many a times. Because of its superior mechanical and thermal characteristics; Alumina ceramic material widely used all over the industry..
