SALIENT FEATURES |
|
|
| These gates are installed on side of ‘v’ of hopper; Gate is rigid and made of Alloy CI considering heavy dead load on wall.
Gate is opened through Hydro-pneumatic cylinder, Air-water converter is part of ash gate.
Gate moves on guide and close on cam (eccentric roller), these rollers can set from outside without removing any components.
Set of seal strip is provided on gate and housing which is sealing & wearing part in the Ash gate.
Manhole and inspection window is provided to access in gate or check ash flow and gate movement. Indicating rod indicate the opening / closing position of gate. |
